Where do you ship to?
We ship within the Netherlands and Belgium.

What is the delivery time?
On average, 7-14 business days after your order is processed. During peak periods, it may take a little longer.

Will I get a track & trace?
Yes. As soon as your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking email.

Postage costs?
Calculated at checkout. Shipping may be free above a certain amount (depending on the promotion).

Returns & Warranty

Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, unused and in original packaging.

What if my product is damaged?
Take photos and email us within 48 hours of receipt. We'll arrange a replacement free of charge.

Hygiene note:
For hygiene products, the product must be unused in order to be exchanged/returned.

Use & Care

How do I use it?
Fill the mold with water (tip: rose water, cucumber water, or aloe vera for an extra glow), freeze for 10 minutes , then gently roll over clean skin (forehead, cheeks, jawline, under the eyes) for 30–60 seconds. Use in the morning for a depuff glow .

How often per week?
Daily is fine, or 3–5 times a week as part of your routine.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, but test for a shorter period and with gentle pressure. If redness occurs, pause and gradually increase the pressure.

Cleaning?
After use, rinse with lukewarm water and mild soap. Let air dry. Do not place in the dishwasher.
